We are delighted to announce the acquisition of Redcrier by a leading software provider, Person Centred Software.
Redcrier is now proudly part of the PCS family and will join PCS in their march toward a connected care ecosystem, which we know to be the future of care delivery under Care Quality Commision. For several years now care providers have been encouraged to adopt software to better manage the delivery of care. The next evolution in this digitalisation will be to combine the power of disparate digital systems into an integrated, connected solution.
Throughout its existence Redcrier has been positioned to offer the right solution for our clients, whilst maintaining a quality service. The harmonious collaboration will see Redcrier expanding the PCS offering through their accredited training solutions which aligns nicely with care planning, wellness and activities, medication management, and care home operations already offered by PCS. Existing Redcrier customers will still be able to use our training solutions. They will also benefit from the extended support and expertise from Person Centred Software, including the integration of Person Centred Software’s Connected Care Platform.

From an operational perspective, Redcrier will still support all of our existing clients.
