Referral Reward System

A referral system that rewards everyone involved.

We have a brilliant client base that often refers our products and services to other care providers. In recognition of this, we created a referral reward system. Our way of saying thank you to the person making the referral whilst also welcoming a new client.
This generous rewards system is open to anyone working in care, regardless of your role.

All you have to do is refer a care provider that you think would benefit from accessing eBox. If they sign an eBox contract for 12 months (or more), we will reward you with 5% of the whole contract value (on average £600) as a thank you. The newly onboarded client will also get a period of FREE eBox access depending on the contract length. Terms and conditions apply.

Terms and Conditions

5% referral fee triggered by signed eBox contract and payment received (ex VAT). This referral reward system applies solely to contracted licensing of the eBox Learning Management System. We are unable to accept a referral regarding the renewal or extension of an existing eBox contract. For a referral to be valid it can not involve an organisation already in dialogue with Redcrier regarding a purchase of eBox. Transaction of the 5% referral directly correlates to payments received by Redcrier from onboarded client. The newly onboarded client will also get 1 month free eBox access for every 12 months contracted. For example a contract with a term of 12 months would receive 1 month free, and a contract with a term of 36 months would receive 3 months free of charge. The free months would be in addition to the term. Redcrier has the right to review or withdraw this referral rewards system and associated terms and conditions at any time. The 1,2 or 3 month free incentive available for the referred party will be applicable at the end of the contracted term. This referral reward system begins 16th Jan 2023, and we cannot honour any referrals that pre-date the commencement date. This referral reward system cannot be used with any other offer.
