Overview
Redcrier recently produced a series of workshops allowing your staff to learn a particular subject in the context of your care setting. The courses encourage your staff to interact with our trainers on a specific subject, promoting reflective practice. Our trainers will guide your staff to review their current understanding, daily actions and behaviors and how they relate to their responsibilities. These highly interactive, focused sessions allow our trainer insight into staff competencies and ensure they are working within best practice guidance. Through the contextual application staff responsibilities will become clearer, allowing that team to deliver and promote better standards of care.
Structure
There are currently 3 workshops that you can choose from:
Positive Risk Taking in Practice
These courses can be delivered through video conferencing, or in person (dependant on the location). This face-to-face session will allow your staff to explore best practice around current policies and procedures. The course content has been designed to be delivered in 90 minutes, but we are slightly flexible with the finish time to make sure all relevant content is covered.
The session is designed for (up to) 9 candidates, fitting easily around your staff rota.
