• This console upgrade will provide you with new versions of the Bookshelf, News, and, and will support an overall improved user experience across the platform.
• Users will also benefit from significant improvements to the overall speed of the console across all devices.

• Your new console will be rolled out to all users w/c 22^ndApril, following the Easter Bank Holiday.

How are Redcrier helping?

• We are here to support you through this update. We are working hard to develop accessible user guides, webinars, video guides, and an FAQ to support you and your team during the rollout process.
• We will be in touch regularly to let you know where to seek help if you need it.
