Seasons Greetings

This past year has seen many political or environmental headlines publicised that filter down and have a direct impact on the day to day care provided by you and your colleagues.

Brexit has rumbled throughout the year, leaving everyone in the dark, causing fears over funding, workforce figures and medication supplies.

School students involved in youth protests, Greta Thunberg, Extinction Rebellion and the David Attenborough effect have all created headlines focusing attention on environmental challenges. Factors that can’t be ignored when operating within personal and work environments. These are also considerations when creating care plans and activities for those in your care.

Over the last year Redcrier have been supporting our clients so that you can raise standards of care whilst dealing with the challenges faced. Political, environmental, social and technological factors need to be managed on a daily basis. We have supported over 5000 carers in face to face sessions this year alone. We have brought out new course titles, issued nearly 180,000 distance learning certificates and produced software to help you move towards a paperless care environment. Yet will we get the same headlines as Greggs meat free sausage rolls? Unlikely.

The real heroes and the people that should be the centre of positive attention, is you! You and your colleagues. The ones that help others on a daily basis, the ones that have the patience, empathy, understanding and caring nature to look after those that are vulnerable. For that we would like to thank you. We appreciate your loyalty to Redcrier and your tireless efforts within your role. We would like to wish you a Merry Christmas and a fantastic New Year; here’s to 2020!

If you would like to discuss your training with us and how we can help you to manage some of challenges you face as we move into the new year, then we would love to hear from you. But please be aware that we have some down time over the festive season, please see our Christmas opening hours below. We look forward to working with you in the future.
