Across all sectors, there is a requirement to be more efficient with fewer resources and tighter budgets. This is particularly prominent within the care sector. Since Jeremy Hunt announced plans to digitalise the NHS in 2017 there has been a shift towards finding more and more solutions that can help care providers.
As well as our interactive eLearning system, Redcrier supplies a paper-based Silver Box Distance Learning system, which has proved be very popular with our large client base. We have developed the Silver Box system into editable PDFs and we are now very pleased to announce that we have now evolved the certification process to make it easier for our clients.
The new client interface called MarkiT will provide greater accessibility and insight into the certification process. MarkiT will also store digital certificates for our users, with a dashboard that allows Managers to view the live certificates as well as those that are about to expire. With this information, it will be easier for a Care Manager or Training Coordinator to maintain training records and compliance. Certificates can be downloaded or simply stored within MarkiT for future reference.
Our clients will also be able to access their training material through the interface, gaining access to the most up to date content.
We receive large volumes of posted material to mark and certificate, which is logged within the interface. This offers a greater audit trail and peace of mind. Our clients will be able to track certificates that have been generated after carers have completed the Silver Box Distance Learning courses as well as the Face to Face courses that we deliver.
