As of 1stof August 2018 we will only accept and mark Version 10 Knowledge Papers from our Silver Box clients. If you do not have Version 10 yet, then please contact the office on 01823 332200 or email info@redcrier.com and we will be happy to help.
Version 10 brought about the increased pass mark, from 70% to 80%, which was a response to customer feedback and a way of improving the competency of our client’s staff.
We also updated content to numerous courses in order to keep everyone using our training in line with fundamental standards.
